Avocado, Watermelon, Spinach Salad .... OH YEAH

Ok so when I came across this recipe I thought it sounded like the weirdest combination in my life but I loved every single item individually and more importantly ... I had it all on hand ! Its amazing! The flavor combination is like BAM in your face who knew? Ok ok on with it the recipe already.

 I however, made some changes and it worked really well.

2 Parts Fresh spinach
1 Part Fresh Watermelon Cubed
1 Part Ripe Avocado
A splash of Raspberry Vinigarette ( I used very little but you can add as much as you like)


1. Mix spinach, watermelon cubes, and avocado slices together
2. Right before serving add Vinigarette
3. ENJOY!!

So very simple ... so very AMAZING.
Additional Add ins:

You could add in feta cheese, and/or walnuts... yum
